After purification and drying of compressed air, pressure adsorption and decompression desorption are carried out in the adsorber. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen. Then decompression to normal pressure, adsorbent to remove adsorbed oxygen and other impurities, to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower is adsorbed to produce nitrogen, and the other tower is deattached to regeneration. Automatic control through the PLC program allows the two towers to alternate cycle operation and oxygen nitrogen adsorption and separation to obtain qualified nitrogen, and then enter the air-cooled oil-free circulation compressor and liquefaction equipment. Turn nitrogen from gaseous to liquid and eventually get liquid nitrogen.
The machine has the characteristics of simple process flow, normal temperature production, high degree of automation, easy to open and stop, less fragile parts, easy to maintain, and low production cost.
